Built on the rules, not around them
We use only Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. Businesses on MAT Business CRM must have their customers’ permission to message them, follow the WhatsApp Business & Commerce policies, and offer an easy opt-out. We help with built-in opt-out keywords, consent confirmation before campaigns, and template approval by WhatsApp.

Questions
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API number?
You need a phone number that can receive an SMS or call for verification. During sign-up Meta creates or connects your WhatsApp Business Account. Numbers already on the WhatsApp Business app can, where Meta supports it, keep the app and connect to MAT Business CRM at the same time.
Who pays WhatsApp’s message charges?
Meta bills message charges directly to your WhatsApp Business Account using your own payment method. Our plan price covers the software only.
Can I send messages to anyone?
No. You may only message people who gave you permission, and promotional messages must use templates approved by WhatsApp. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Message text is sent to our AI provider only to generate your replies when you enable the AI agent, and is not sold or used for advertising.
