Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of MAT Business CRM (“the Service”), provided by MSB AI Technologies, Office # 102, RJ Mall, Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the Service, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use & Messaging Policy and our Billing & Refund Policy.

1. The Service

MAT Business CRM is a customer-messaging CRM built on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). It provides a shared team inbox, an AI agent, message templates, campaigns, contacts and leads, automation, WhatsApp Flows forms, catalogue messages, reports and an API.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be a business or professional, at least 18, and give accurate company and contact details. You are responsible for your users, their access, keeping passwords private, and all activity in your account.

3. WhatsApp and Meta

Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s terms, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. Meta may review, limit or disable your WhatsApp account or templates; we do not control those decisions. Meta charges for messages are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account.

4. Consent and messaging rules

  • You must obtain your customers’ opt-in permission before messaging them on WhatsApp, clearly stating your business name and that they will receive messages on WhatsApp, and keep proof of that consent.
  • You must honour opt-out requests (for example STOP) immediately. The Service records opt-outs and blocks templates and campaigns to opted-out contacts.
  • Business-initiated messages outside the 24-hour customer-service window must use templates approved by WhatsApp.
  • When you confirm consent for a campaign or import, you confirm that the contacts opted in.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use & Messaging Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break it or put the platform, a WhatsApp number or other Clients at risk.

6. AI features

AI replies, voice notes, website training and AI actions are generated automatically from the information and systems you provide and can be inaccurate. You are responsible for the information you give the AI, for configuring when chats are handed to a person, and for any actions you allow the AI to perform through your APIs. Do not use AI features to give regulated advice (such as personalised financial, medical or legal advice).

7. Plans, trials and payment

Plans are billed in advance for the period shown. Trials end automatically. If payment is late, the account enters a grace period and is then locked: incoming messages are still stored, but sending and AI are paused until renewal. Refunds follow the Billing & Refund Policy.

8. Your data

You own your content and customer data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. You can export contacts and chats at any time and request deletion.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; Meta, OpenAI and hosting providers can affect it. We may improve or change features; material changes will be announced in the app.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or risk to the Service. On termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions of Meta or other third parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
