Business accounts (Clients)
Managers can delete contacts and their chats at any time (Contacts → contact → Delete). To delete your whole account and all its data, go to Settings → Delete account in the app, or contact us from your account email. We delete account data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Customers of a business using MAT Business CRM
Reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat to stop marketing messages. To have your messages and details deleted, contact the business you were talking to, or send us the request below with the WhatsApp number you used — we will pass it to that business and delete the data on its behalf.
Facebook login data
If you connected WhatsApp using Facebook Login, you can remove our app in Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, and request deletion here. Meta sends us a deletion request automatically; you can check its status on this page with the code Meta shows you.
